5.1 Deposit Terms

• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential Account closure.
• bako54 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are final. Once processed, deposit transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment account before initiating a deposit.

6. Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000
• Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before withdrawal requests are processed
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings

Withdrawal processing times are typically 1-24 hours from the time of request, depending on verification status and withdrawal amount. 11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Closure and Suspension

• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for more than 12 months

Upon Account closure, you forfeit any remaining bonus funds or promotional credits. Real Money balances will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding verification checks, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to bako54.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of bako54 Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
